Seeking for arm day!17496

Vasilispbns private msg quote post Address this user
I have been doing a typical hypertrophy based p/p/l/-/p/p/- but i just want to change it to a program which contains arm day. I have prvious asked help at this forum for a new program and the help from all of you was more than i expected and i had ended up at an upper lower split but i thought it was not fun.

So i am asking for your help again to choose a new split with arm day and then i will proceed to sets and reps. I have been considering something like:

Upper/Lower/Off/ChestBack/Legs/ShouldersArms
ChestBack/ShouldersArms/Off/ChestBack/Legs/ShouldersArms

Why just not add arms on off day if they are so important to you ?

It is not that it is important, it is just fun having it in my split =P. You mean something like upper lower twice and an arm day on Saturday??(i can't train on Wednesday)

That could work, or just add extra work for arms on Push / Pull days

I wouldn't pair chest and back. Just too much for one day to efficiently and effectively train both. Why not do an upper/lower/p/p/l, then you can do bis with pull and tris with push? -3X
