Split Advice

Please Help Madcow 5x517467

Been lifting for over a year now from 130 to 151. Been following Jeff seid routine in the past and tried out madcow routine today and didn't really get much from it. Also added in incline dumbbell, butterfly, cable crossovers , calves. Is there better guide I can follow more in the league of hypertrophy which I can either 3/4 times a week.


Squat 225
Deadlift 335
Bench 185

I would read the sticky thread that is up that Eknight wrote - I literally just used it to help me out a bit. As for a strength routine I prefer Wendler 5/3/1.

Oh and I fucking hate Jeff Seid.
