hi guys i need some help about this
I dont know anything about girl fitness so can some one please tell me some good program she can follow?

Go around the gym with her and do a bunch of super random exercises one day and see what she likes/ doesn't like to start.

Build a PPL routine out of those exercises. Then as she progresses and gets more comfortorabe you can introduce other lifts.

Otherwise I would say to just do any of the proven programs that you would use.

Does she like the gym or would she rather workout at home? I've found I'm more committed to a program when I can just workout at home, increasing weights as I feel less challenged with my routine

I have home gym i mean bench and pull up bar and for dips it is kinda ghetoo gym and she doesen't like it so we will go to the gym
