So it's 2 days of bench press per week, or am I misreading?

1.) do them after all the bench stuff
2.) might affect your bench press negatively but it shouldnt stop you if you really wanna do it

5 days of benching? This is getting out of hand. I understand high frequency lifting, but benching 5 days is just a little much.

Of course u have to breath dont you?!
In terms of training there different by definition as one is anerobic(weights) and the other is aerobic(cardio).. too much aerobic exercise will be detrimental to long term strength gains. They can directly effect your output in workouts also if conducted to close together.

If you want to have that feeling that u get from cardio i would suggest LISS or prowler sprints post-workout.

Otherwise do a 4x10 of squats @60% of 1RM and tell me that aint cardio.

@_RudeCrew I think it's only ment to be short term like smolov.

@golago Do band pull-aparts between most sets and for warm ups.
Add facepulls to those high volume days and there should be some sort of row or pull up variation throughout the week.

Very odd that u never manipulated the volume or intensity merely the exercise.
