In need of a new split/training routine. Any suggestions?

Anyone recommend following the training routines written in the female interviews on simply shredded? What do you think?

There is no such thing like "female routine". It just depends on your goals and the level of advancement. I've been doing PPL and I like it a lot.

You can read two stickies at the top of the forum to have better idea on the topic.
