I love bodybuilding, but i also love sweating and completely draining my body with cardio, is there a way to come up with a 6 day plan where its non stop cardio, weight lifting, boxing? I love really intense workouts where you sweat like crazy and you take the sip of water and it pushes you alot further,im obsessed with excercize, pretty much, so any help id appreciate, i currently do reg parks 5X5 plan but it just doesnt feel like enough???
