Been thinking about switching up my upper/lower split as so...

All workouts are performed on Monday, Wednesday and Friday

Week 1: Upper Body
Week 2: Lower Body
Week 3: Upper Body
Week 4: Lower Body

Yeah pretty rotating upper and lower body weekly 3 times a week

If you want 3 day split it would be much better doing fullbody workout or 4 day upper/lower split like variation of westside or go read FAQ
