Hi guys this is my first thread
So I'm intrested in powerlifting but im skinny and I want to build muscle,i know i need to eat and all that but I want to be strong as well as be jacked
I will do boxing 3 days per week so can someone pleas help me about this

Step 2: Pick up something heavy once or twice
Step 3: Pick up something not as heavy lots of times

Ok thanks so if I do boxing and eat in caloric surplus i will still be able to gain 1 lbs in a week?

bro I used to do a lot of powerlifting but i would prefer a mixture for the beginning start with 5x5 for 8 weeks and then Westside for skinny bastards from Joe defranco helped me a lot and then maybe 8 weeks of german volume training just switch things up!!

His goal is strength and muscle mass, so that's one of the last programs he should be doing.
Why? Because the frequency is low and the intensity is ridiculously low.

Hey I'm kinda having that same problem. I can lift on deadlift but my bench is pathetic any ideas?

@Monster hey bro sounds stupid but I used to bench three times per week back then when i had to increase my bench fot football testings etc. or one max effort day and one hypertrophy day
