Calves not growing any help. also I have a club foot which really sucks getting the other leg developed. Any tips

Be in a surplus, work calves...

experiment with different set / rep ranges and weights.

Makes sure you're using full ROM on raises. Bouncing weight around won't do any good.

Squats below parallel.

I tend to feel calves the most when I'm doing calves press on the seated leg press machine. I mostly feel it when I enter rep range of 25+

@leanr0x Should I squat heavy that I can probablty only get 4 reps out of?? or light and get more reps?

@GreekLegend standing calve raises, seated calves raise, leg press calve raises, try reps as low as 5 and high as 20 with calves...
Same as any other body part is frequency is needed !!

I found my calves grew the most while squatting 3-4 days a week.

I'm sure I'm wrong about this, but here's my 2 cents...Calves are genetic, either you have them or you don't! Mine are strong and I work them just as hard as every other muscle, but they're TINY! Also I'm a 20+ year drummer, I promise if I were supposed to have calves I'd have them!
