Break the routine for fun17255

So I've been stressed out and getting tired of my PPL routine.

I decided to throw in some heavy 3 and 5 rep sets for fun on lifts that I never go heavy on and I liked it. I'm sure others have done this but if you are like me you sometimes need someone else to give you a push or an idea to change things up.

I like to switch my training around a bit every now and again it just helps to keep things fresh.

I don't know how people do the exact same workout for months and years, or the exact same exercises day in day out lol.. every workout of mine has some fundamental exercises for progression but for the most part I have fun with my training and I always seem to hit new highs
