Need help clean bulk diet, please critique17203

hey guys so i started my official bulk this week. Like i mentioned earlier after the olympia weekend i would do my bulk. here is my current stats. height 5 foot 11 inches weight 180lbs body fat around 10%. current macros are
cals: 3000
fats: 70g's
carbs: 390g's
protein: 200g's

meal 1 preworkout (i workout in the am before work)
1 banana
1 cup plain oats
2 slices ezekiel bread
2 tbspn almond butter
1 egg

Meal 2 post workout
1 scoop protein + creatine
1 pop tart
1 cup 2% milk

Meal 2.5 (1 hour after workout)
1.5 cups of jasmine white rice
4oz lean ground turkey

Meal 3
1 cup white jasmine rice
4oz chicken breast
handful of spinach

Meal 4 ( lunch)
8oz red potatoes
4oz chicken breast
handful of spinach

Meal 5
8oz sweet potato
4oz chicken breast

Meal 6 (right before bed)
1 scoop casein
2 tbspn peanut butter

My goal is to gain as much lean mass as possibel with little fat. 1 lb per week or 1.5lbs per week


what would be the best way for workouts during a bulk, im asking because this is the first time that i will focus on clean eating during a bulk and pushing weight thanks

It looks like a plan. No better or worse than any other plan of similar Kcals and macros. I'd personally blend your PWO protein with your casein and drink them both as a blend. Taking whey and casein separately is sub-optimal. You don't need to eat 6 meals- there's no advantage to it, but if that's your preference then so be it. There's also very little vegetables and fruit. -3X
