15 year old help with nutrition and workout17200

Hi im a 15 year old boy, 6ft 141lbs. I lost like 59lbs in the last two months. I ate like 800 calories a day and worked out. school has started and i want to know how i can increase my metabolism and add calories back to my diet so i don't gain weight back. How many calories should i be eating you guys think? Also, i want to know how to eat on days i workout and days i dont. could u guys give me examples of what to eat and what times. Finally, i have lost a lot of weight but still have a little fat on my chest, midsection and thighs. Could you tell me how to workout and to eat so i can improve my physique. Thank you.
