Recently I have been trying to build up my pressing power, specifically overhead pressing. I have always enjoyed the power clean and push press and basically any other exercise that involves moving the weight from the floor to an overhead position... I really don't know much about this sorta stuff so I wanted to ask: aside from pressing regularly what other tips, exercises etc can I use to build really insane overhead pressing power. and what muscles should I focus on building to help me get stronger in the lift. Your WHOLE body, lol. Cuz of my shoulder injury I can't do any presses at all, sux...
