I need an Upper Lower routine! Please help!17106

Hey I am 15 years old and have been working out for one year now I trained 5 days a week in the summer, but can only manage to work out 4 times a week, so I want a upper lower body split routine that is like this:

Monday: Upper Body Workout
Tuesday: Lower Body Workout
Wednesday: off
Thursday: Upper Body Workout
Friday: Lower Body Workout
Saturday: off
Sunday: off

I wanna start with the upper lower body split routine, but the problem is that I don't know where to find a good and professioanal routine? So if anyone could help me find a good and professinal upper lower routine I would appreciate it really much

there are several good routines that are in use here if you look in some of the logs, the one i currently use and is a tried and true routine is Wendlers 5/3/1, that fits what your looking for. i am sure some others here will recommend one of the other options
