I was on this forum back when there were like 30 people. I have stepped away to dive 1000% into my studies to become a Front-End developer, only after I published my book. I am nearing the point of releasing my Web Application stay tuned.

But I do ask and would love to get a conversation rolling on my recently published book. Simple and Fit which is available on Amazon.

Hard to have a conversation about the book without having read it, although big props for having taken that step. Can you outline the take home points without giving too much away? Are the positions taken based on anecdotal evidence, peer-reviewed sources, both? What sets it aside from other similar publications? -3X

Life is great gents... I took a bit of step away from the gym, maintained my size but not my cut. In order to dedicate my LIFE to publishing that book and becoming a Web/App Developer so that I can make my dreams of an online fitness training company and application can become a reality.

And well gents, I am hoping to have my beta version of up and running by the end of August. Crazy nights of hacking out code. I have been so busy I haven't been able market my book. But I bring it up here and there. There over 20 reviews on Amazon.

The quick run down of the book. Simple and Fit is aimed at the beginner. Note, this book is Extremely simple, straight to the point and factual. 43 pages of great reading. The information I cyphered from my ISSA Certifications for Fitness training and Specialist in Nutrition certification courses. Combined with my experience of being approached at the gym and some of my clients over time. I always trained people on the side not full time.

Anyone here who has been a great shape, you know all of those questions you get when you go to the gym by the people who obviously want to look like you do because you have put in all of the work and they struggle with that part. Well I took all of the basic knowledge needed to get into the gym and stuffed it into this book.

You should check it out. It's $2.99 for kindle.
