I have been doing this for the past two weeks and I am loving it. I do this for more of a mental challenge rather a physical challenge. I don't use specific reps or sets but most of the time its 4 sets of 6-12. I am loving it and feeling amazing but am I supposedly going "too much".

More push than pull. More arms than legs. You do 4 sets of EVERY exercise? Jesus. That's basically doing cardio.

I've done 6 day splits before, but this one is a mess.

The whole point of the routine for dummies thread is so that people can have all the information to design a proper routine so people don't have to adjust every single program posted on this form.

This routine is a mess and all the info to fix it can be found in that sticky cause aint nobody got time to fix every bad routine that's posted here.
