Hi all! I decided to purchase and run the 12 week shred program off of this website. I have been lifting off and on for about two years but never serious with my diet. Really excited to run this system and give my feedback. Started day 1 today, best workout in a long time. Focused, motivated, and ready to get this going.

Forgot my numbers as well. I am 6'1 and weighed in at 260lbs this morning... freaking terrible. Right now my macros for low carb days are 2813 calories, 281 grams protein, 246 carbs, 78 fats. High carb days 3750 calories, 281 g protein, 469 g carbs, 83 g fats.

I will readjust these every Sunday based on my weight.

Thanks Beans! Day 2 went fine, carbs and fats were slightly high about 6-10g over on each. Today was an off day but did 15 minutes of light cardio

Dang! Started this log and got off track 3 days later. My life has been hectic lately but no more excuses. Started it over again on Sunday the 23rd of August. So this will be my 5th day on the program. It's going to be a struggle with full time school and business to run but I am ready for the challenge. In conjunction with this 12 week program, I will be running a 12 week program mastery program in my real estate business.

Week one- down to 255 so 5 pound loss. Not to bad but I could have done better. Stayed on track workout wise all week and felt pretty good. I went off track one day and drank a little bit to much.

Always good to drop weight but wish it would have been a bit more! Hoping to be in the 240 club after this week.
