i bought the routine that created by this site , 12 week shred

it look like phat ! but it's so easy ! i mean there's little sets ! and not training to failure and , all my life i'm training to failure , do you think that this routine is good if i'm not feeling that my body tired ?!


my goal : is to get bigger without getting fat

height: 169 cm
weight : 77 kg
biceps : 39 cm
Body fat percentage : 15%


please help me , and i want to know if there's any better routine

Training to failure is not only not necessary, it's also not optimal. Why would you buy a routine when there's two stickies here on the forum that have routines in them?? -3X
