|hello everyone , I want your help with this ,
I have trained hard for 6 years , with no breaks !
I started with beginners routines , then I started intermediate routines , then advanced , but always I was hearing from everyone , that I could have better body with this long time of training , I tried all the kinds of supplements , and I took one time a dianabol that this is a steroid , I got massive but no cuts or separation between muscles , I have strong body i can do hardcore moves if i train calisthenics , also i can do explosive push ups , and lift heavy weights , but i don't look shredded , i tried more than 100 ways ! , i tried different kinds of diets , but nothing worked will ! , so if someone can help me with strict routine , and strict diet !! i will be thankful !
