Been doing an upper/lower for a while but just switched to a p/p/l how does it look ?
Push
Bench 3x5 alternate with ohp
Incline bench 3x5
Chest flies 3x8-12
Lateral raises 3x8-12
Overhead tricep exstension 3x8-12

Pull
Pendlay row 3x5
Weighted pullup 3x5
Chest aupported db row 3x8-12
Single arm row 3x8-12
Face pull 3x8-12
Curl 3x8-12

Legs
Squat 3x5
Lunge 3x6-8
Good morning 3x8-10
Leg ext/leg curl ss 3-12
Calve raise 3x12-15

I would recommend an A day and a B day to switch things up a little. For instance, on Push A do lateral raises and Push B switch in to military press.

I'm not the routine is the same the only difference is i sub ohp for bench on the second push day
