Was wondering what kind of training set up you guys would recommend for someone wanting to bring up there shoulders and triceps?

I know the regularly recommended programs ws4sb, p/p/l etc but was wondering more about volume for the weaker areas or if there is any really need to adjust for these?

Sometimes it depends on why you think something is lagging. What does your current routine look like?

Currently on an upper Lower split training 4 days a week.

Lagging because they are out of proportion.
