Every big dude has them, most dudes here got'em and I'm workin my ass off to get'em too! Here's my question: are there specific workouts that target your lats that stand above all others? I do just about every back workout you can do, and I fully understand that it will take time and work, but should I focus on a certain one more?

Wide grip pull ups are a great exercise. You also need to work the other areas of your back to gain a great back.

@blackbull I've been steadily increasing my deads and rack pulls, I also hit rows and lat pulldowns.
@darklight79 gotta work my way up to weighted bro, but I'm getting there!

Honestly my workouts are kind of a mess right now, nothing logged or plan, just a standard bro split. I don't feel like I'm quite ready yet, but I had great results with PHAT, I'll start that this fall when I start my bulk, prolly start another dead log...
