Where do you breathe during (high bar) back squat and sumo deadlifts?
How do you breathe during other exercises?

Big breath before the lift with heavy weights to stabilize, or during the eccentric portion for higher reps. Breath out during the concentric portion.

Prior to squat and unpacking the bar:
-Expel all the air as if ur mowing the air out through a straw.
-inhale through ur nose to expand ur stomach 3dimentionally
-then contract ur stomach like u were preparing to get hit in the abs by a boxer.

Boom, unrack ur ready !!
