hi i just need some feedback about my routine anything helps thank you this is my Push/Pull/Legs routine


Push day
Flat Bench press 10 reps by 4 sets
Incline Bench press 10 reps by 4 sets
Decline Bench press 10 reps by 4 sets
OHP 10 reps by 4 sets
arnold press 10 reps by 4 sets
Cable crossovers 12 reps by 3 sets
Skull Crushers 12 reps by 3 sets
Cable pressdowns 12 reps by 3 sets

Pull day
Bent over row 10 reps by 4 sets
Pull ups 10 reps by 4 sets
Pull downs 10 reps by 4 sets
Seated Cable Rows 10 reps by 4 sets
Shrugs 10 reps by 4 sets
face pulls 12 reps by 3 sets
Barbell Curls 12 reps by 3 sets
Hammer Curls 12 reps by 3 sets

Leg Day
Squats 10 reps by 4 sets
Front Squats 10 reps by 4 sets
Leg press 10 reps by 4 sets
Leg Curls 12 reps by 4 sets
Leg extensions 12 reps by 4 sets

Your goals and experience level are unknown so it's hard to advise. But you have a lot of volume... e.g., I believe it will be difficult to make progress on your squats by doing 4 sets of 10.

I would personally drop the volume on puch day. Too many pressing movements.

Need to add more hamstring work. I'd try to hit the same number of reps for hams as quad, and your leg day is mostly quads.

Do you have good calves already? I don't see any in there.
