Chest routines; looking for inspiration16877

Hey guys

So I need to change my currenct chest routine. I workout my chest twice a week (monday and friday) with the following routines:

3 sets of Incline dumbbell press (8-12 reps, maximum weight)
3 sets of Dumbbell flyes (8-12 reps, maximum weigts)
3 sets of Wide grip push ups (8-12 reps)
3 sets of dips
3 sets of standing cable crossover
3 sets of butterfly press (I think thats the word?)

Would you have any suggestions for some new mass adding and amazing routines? My main focus is at my chest, since I've always struggled to add mass on there..I would like to say, that I would prefer not to benchpress if thats possible, due to my badly injured shoulder

I've read somewhere (broscience, perhaps?), that one day of maximum weight and one day of low weights with high reps would do the trick

Anyway looking forward to hear from ya all

Cheers!

Hey bro!

What should I change, in your opinion? when should I hit the chest hard?

My back routine at the monment is as follows:

4 sets of pull ups (10 reps)
4 sets of pull ups wide grip (10 reps)
3 sets of dumbbell rows (10 reps)
3 sets of face pull (10 reps)
3 stes of pull downs, wide grip

My shoulder routine is like

4 sets of military press (10 reps)
4 sets of shoulder press (10 reps)
4 sets of BENT OVER DUMBBELL REAR DELT RAISE WITH HEAD ON BENCH
3 sets of deltoid raise (I think this is the name of the excercise at least)

thanks alot man!
