I'm back! Nice to see there is still some familiar faces on here.

I haven't been on here for ages, I just stopped for some reason. Anyway alot has happened since I was a regular.

I've done two powerlifting competitions getting a 425kg total in both, they where months apart but I have done a lot of travelling back and for work, first competition I peaked for and the second I didn't.

I am currently an 'athlete' for the The Strength Athlete which is run by Bryce Lewis. My current coach is Eric Bodhorn who is awesome!

I have another competition in July which I'm not peaking for just for experience and it's being held at my gym as my federation is looking for a new place. My gym has built a big ass new room specific for powerlifting and strongman training.

Hoping to get a 435+ total.

The main competition this year is in October which I will try to qualify for the BDFPA British Single Lifts.

My lifts currently are
Squat 145kg-150kg
Bench Press 105kg-110kg
Deadlift 185kg without peaking

To qualify for each lift I need
Squat 172.5kg
Bench Press 122.5kg
Deadlift 195kg

This is all for the 100kg Junior Class.

I'll piss the deadlift and I think I got a good chance at the squat.

My training at the moment is DUP orientated where I am squatting 3 times a week, benching 4 times a week and deadlifting twice a week.

I will log my training here and upload lifting vids.

And yes, I am a bit fat as I think it would be counter productive to cut when I am no where near breaking records and there's loads of room for me to gain strength.

I was around mid 80s last time but I'm mid 90s now, it has been a long time and I was never really good at lean bulking lmao

Right... I'm back from Germany so I can back to the grind. Going to train twice a day today and tomorrow due to the fact I missed so much in Germany.
