All my lifts i have been using a prong belt(not bench). Have never tried sleeves before, so i am exited to try those out tomorrow. i've lifted 160kg dead without equipment when i did phat.

thinking of running this program a week or so more. when i did martial arts tricking i got shin splints in both my legs pretty bad, and it's hard for me to squat 3x times a week.
