Due to a injury i haven't been to the gym in about a month.

good luck man. I loved running starting strength. I actually did madcows 5x5 when I first started lifting, because of lack of knowledge, but then switched to SS and I don't think I stalled until around 335lb squat, 385lb deadlift and a 245lb bench. that shit worked well, and that took me like 9 months to hit those lifts. and I had next to no strength when I started.

All lifts felt super good today. felt like i was warming up with my working sets. one of my friends tried to max out on deads today, so i joined him an got 160kg(350LBS) for one. After my one rep max on dead i did my workingset of 120kg(265LBS)

All my lifts i have been using a prong belt(not bench). Have never tried sleeves before, so i am exited to try those out tomorrow. i've lifted 160kg dead without equipment when i did phat.
