Upper/Lower Body Split16782

I am wondering if you guys could let me know how my upper/lower body split looks.

Monday (Upper): Flat Bench Press (3 sets of 6-8)
Barbell Row (3 sets of 6-8)
Overhead Press (3 sets of 6-8)
Cable Crossover (2 sets of 10-12)
Pull-ups (2 sets of 10-12)
Side Lateral Raise (2 sets of 10-12)
Barbell Curl (2 sets of 10-12)
Dips (2 sets of 10-12)

Tuesday (Lower): Squats (3 sets of 6-8)
SLDL (3 sets of 6-8)
Leg Press (2 sets of 10-12)
Leg Curl (2 sets of 10-12)
Calf Raise (3 sets of 10-12)
Cable Crunch (2 sets of 12)
Decline Crunch (2 sets of 12)

Wednesday (Rest)

Thursday (Upper): Repeat Mondays Workout

Friday (Lower): Same as Tuesdays except:
1)Swap out Squats for Deadlifts
2)Swap out SLDL's for Leg Press
3)Swap out Leg Press for Leg Extensions


There is the workout. I am cutting so I will also be doing cardio Monday/Wednesday/Saturday. Would like to hear what you guys think about it. Thanks.
