|Lately I've been trying to fill out and and sculpt the serratus and upper oblique region. Do you guys have any exercises that you really like or have had good results? I've been doing dumbell pull overs for the Serratus but can't seem to find an exercise that I can get a good squeeze in the upper oblique region. Cheers!|

|There is no "upper oblique." Either the entire outer obliques contract or none of the muscle does. For serratus, I'd recommend dynamic hugs or push-ups with a plus (or serratus punches with DB). For obliques, side bends or side planks. -3X|

Roll outs side to side.
Clockwise/anti-clockwise rotations on bosu ball in plank position.
