To use high intensity techniques such as rest-pause produces better resultats than to not go to failure (past failure) or?

No. There are no magic high intensity techniques. Once you have worked out a muscle sufficient to create an adequate inflammatory response, no amount of special "intensity" techniques will make a difference over the long run, because muscle protein synthesis isn't further increased. MPS is the rate-limiting factor on growth, not crazy drop set, failure, rest-pause stripper sets.

Pick stuff up. Set it down. Rest. Eat. Profit. -3X

MPS I guess stand for muscle protein synthesis?
How do you train muscle protein synthesis and to the uppper limit of muscle protein synthesis?

You don't. Your body can assimilate a set amount of protein for tissue repair per amount of time. Once that ceiling is reached you can't naturally increase it. You can with chemicals, but I don't advocate that.

What I advocate is to train hard and not chase the 1%. -3X

Don't over complicate your training. Just do the basics and be consistent.@SRorhrbac0808 and @Norlda are good examples of keeping shit simple and making great gains / progress. People tend to spend more time worrying or "experimenting" with new exercise fads or training systems and then wonder why the make minimal if any gains and still look the same year in year out.
