So I want to ask everyone a legit question.

If someone pulled a gun to your head and said "you have 6 months to get as swole as you can NATURALLY or your dead" how would YOU train?

Who is that person? a personal trainer? i would say "get a new job!" first of all.

Second I would train 6 days a week and my diet will be 100% correct on the macros and sleep awesome at the same time every night. Because everyone knows thats where the gains at.

Haha. I would probably cut, cause I'm already swole!

Jk jk but I would focus on diet, do a phat/wsbb routine and eat big. Then cut towards the deadline as if it were a show prep.

Or end up a solid lump of oil..

In a more serious note, i eat big, do a bodybuilding programme and leave nothing in the gym.

@Aleksandra_em well I find that I sleep best when I feel the most comfy. I spend 30min to 1hr of getting relaxed.. I switch everything off and do light stretches and then read something for few minutes. That is enough to make me sleepy lol.
If I think of anything I write it down for tomorrow. and if I am not sleeping I get up and repeat my relax routine. The only supp I take anything is if I am super stressed. They are ashgwandha and melatonin.
well thats what I do for sleep mainly. My goal is 8.5hrs sleep and that is my sweet spot!

@qtdreams92, I have terrible sleeping disorder! that is why I asked. if I sleep seven hours I am lucky.
