Favourite: Squats! Love what it is doing to my thighs

Least favourite: Bench Press. Just feel so awkward doing them and its hell scarey without spotter. Also I'm not after a ripped chest.

Favourite: Deadlift or Squats or Box Jumps.

Least: Calves(boring), sometimes abs and biceps maybe(my arms are so long these take forever.. haha).

Favorites: Squats and romanian deadlifts, can't do them anymore though (ruptured disc)

Least: all ab exercises, especially planks, another exercise i really hate but that i feel forced to do because i don't want to spend my entire leg workouts just leg pressing/curling is bulgarian split squats.
Why? Because it's brutal and hard as hell because of my shitty balance.

Fav: bench. Because I'm vain and I've tripled my body weight on it.
Least favorite: biceps curls. They're just boring af.

Favorite: Deadlift

Least favorite: Abs (depending on how tired I am) and anything related to rear delts. I just find them boring.

@eknight I am starting to see actual shape to them! They used to be so flabby around where the inside thigh meets up with my butt. When I flex they look tight now. Cheering

It just feels really good to have nice strong legs that are not flabby.

Favourite- squats and planks- generally work outs for the butt and abs- can do them for hours, love the burning pain.

least fav... there is no such, so far. I am sure it would be bench, though.

Favorite: Deadlifts for days.

Least favorite: Squats. I love them in principle, but I've had a host of health issues surrounding my knees and I've had a really hard time keeping my squat numbers up.

Favorite - squats. Was easily my least favorite until recently as I was recovering from ACL surgery but now it's just about 14 months post-op and I'm much stronger than before the injury

Least favorite - deadlifts. I actually enjoy doing them and I do improve on them but I don't seem to be pulling the right weight relative to my squat. My grip almost always gives out before by back/legs it's very frustrating

Favorite: Lat Pull Downs and Lateral Raises. These 2 are IMO the best exercises to look wide and "aesthetic"

Least: Bench and Squat. Mainly because my numbers suck and im weak af.
Also I've slammed the barbell on my sternum twice benching. fk dat

I'm Joining in on the fun!

Favorite- over head squats (because they're challenging and not everyone can do them. Need to have good flexibility and stabilizer muscles)

Least- Abs (unfortunate because my stomach is my trouble area ) and biceps like @hollyhopeful5678 said because it makes me feel like "wtf" this is pointless and boring. Let me do some push-ups pull-ups and body weight excercise and boom you have some bad ass biceps
