Iv been just looking for some advice on if the workout I have been following is balanced or if I should switch something up. Iv been wanting to focus more on strength so if you have a workout that you really recommend post away. Iv been reading a lot more online since I feel like Iv just spun my wheels a lot but I never know exactly what's good to follow. I usually go to the gym with friends and they always just dick around and I never end up following a program for a long time. My goals are really just to increase my big 3 and gain size.
My lifts right now are 200 bench, 240 squat, 315 deaflift and I am 18 years old and weigh 160 at 5'9".
Upper 4/6/15 Goal
Incline Bench 3x5
Decline DB Bench 3x8
Pull-ups 4x8
Bent Over Row 3x8
Tricep Pushdown 3x10
BB Curl 3x8
Face-Pulls 3x12-15

Lower 4/7/15 Goal
Squat 3x5

Sorry but what program is this? I can see some PPL, some upper lower splits. Ok there's Amrap in there too. It looks like you are trying to do everything!

I would suggest starting strength or strong lift 5x5. I learned the main lifts in this way & I think you would get good gains out of it too.
