|So the quest for being stronger and not a whimp continues
Finished my 13 Week Smolov cycle over the weekend.
- 1RM SQUAT went up form 107.5 to 135kgs
- failed twice in the Intense Mesocycle phase, on the 5X5 days
Taking a week's break before i continue my journey
So I have a week to contemplate whats the best program for me moving forward...goals are to gain strength and size at the same time...
Currently deciding between
I am very inclined towards Candito's 6 week Strength Program after seeing the progress here of other members like @Firemansi
