6.2 102 kg age :39 . no steroids, no suppelments,no protein powder, no meat , no eggs or dietary. train 2-3 times a week, not heavy weight. please write your opinion on my body's photo and /or on what i need to focus more in my training. thank u very much

i eat 2 times a day..1 meal: fish,rice kinoa potato kuskus , lentil... second meal :hummus omlet' avocado regukar hummus pea,olives, arisa.bread
