Came across this after watching another video. I do all these stretches are part of my squat warmup routine. If you have any mobility issues you must do these stretches.

Just read a while ago that static stretching before exercising, reduces the quality of one athelete. I think they tested it on different kickboxer's and messured their kick force, and the group who did dynamic stretching before had more power then the one who did static, also they were more flexible.

Just curious, usually when i squat or any day i do 1 for 2 sets of dynamic stretching for each bodypart and some joint rotations and after my workout i do first some static stretching with followed 2 isometric stretches.
