Played with some arms today no power lifts.

Barbell curl

HIIT
Stairstepper for 20mins. Had to take a couple 1 min breaks because that shit kills after walking up ladders all day for work

Went in to do the battle ropes for the remaining 10 minutes of HIIT in this room they have them in full of mirrors but some guy was like 80s angry dancing in the mirrors....scared me so I ditched the ropes

Went to the gym today and did some HIIT guerrilla sprints. Hit some random arm routines and did some shrugs. Just kind of messed around today, the post office is closed so I couldn't pick up my slingshot so I put off chest till tomorrow and knee sleeves come Tuesday. Now for mothers day we are stuck inside because we are in a tornado watch kinda shitty way to celebrate for the lady

I hope any tornado stays as far as poss, or detour around your place! tornados should be banned on mummys day.

I've heard of garth brooks before. Country music is big in america, right? Concerts and festivals are awesome. Not much country music here though its mainly EDM and pop (taylor swift and ed sheeran are HUGE)

@ErickFromOmaha was the concert part of his world tour? I read somewhere he was meant to kick off in Ireland and had sold out 3 concerts. There was then some issue with the stadium in which he was performing so they had to refund all the tickets. Wish he would come to Oz.

( for those that have been around and on my logs know that my squat depth had always been shit. I don't know if it was mental or what but I couldn't get depth I dropped from my Pr of 275 which was at bullshit depth and built from the ground up at correct depth. It sucked restarting my squats and it took me out of my last meet because my number was an embarrassment to even go and put up. I am using rehbands now and feel that it is more comfortable for my knees along with my belt)

Alright so this workout is at 1am and I couldn't sleep so I just killed it.

The fact that the bench seems easy when you first try the slingshot is what I loved. It was like a kid trying a new toy, I couldn't stop repping weight I usually double or single at most haha. And still every time I've put it back on, I just wanna keep going with it hahaha

@MMB haha I'm doing chest right now getting my second wind. Te slingshot makes it almost seem too easy. I got a little carried away and couldn't push out that last rep and ended up putting the bar down on the low hinges hahaha
