I enjoy the look of phat, and i love that its combined strength and hypertrophy, my goal is size, but i wanna reach an 120kg bench, 150kg squat and 180kg deadlift, but I'm not after getting to that strength level as fast as possible, I'm more out for hypertrophy and strength, i don't feel like doing 5x5, or 531 or some linear program, i enjoy non linear programs, would phat be fine for me?

Bench: 100kg
Squat: 110kg (Injury)
Deadlift: 150kg


Does non linear progression work just as good as linear progression as long as i stick to it and make sure that I'm getting stronger, increasing reps and weight.

@csizemore21 184 pounds, will skip squat for 2 weeks, and keep icing and stretching groin.

You don't continue to ice a soft tissue injury for that long. It will contribute to tightness and slow the healing process. -3X
