|As the title says, how often do you deload/take time off?
Also, how long have you been lifting and how many days a week do you do it?

|Lifting 18 years. Usually 1 day off a week but during a prep that might be 1 day every 2 weeks. Deload when my body feels like crap. Im fairly strong and don't care too much about how much weight I move everyday. If I feel strong one day I will push it, it not I will go more for volume that day. No program, just lift based on how I feel.|

|I don't do any planned time off. Time off just kinda happens throughout the year for me. Family, job, and other factors determine when I take time off.
Sometimes I'll skip a bodypart if I think it needs more recovery, but really nothing planned.

|Planned time off, maybe a week once or twice a year. Deload every 12 weeks however.|

|I've been lifting 7 years, currently go 5 days a week. I usually take 3-4 days off every few months and do nothing whenever I start to feel like the weight is getting too heavy. I usually line it up with something going on in my life that would require time off. I've tried to do legitimate deloads or a week off, but after 3-4 days I'm usually ready to kill it again.|
