Help me make some chest gains16048

Hi yall,

I've been lifting seriously for just over two years now and although I've made gains in my chest it's nothing to the extent would expect for two years. I feel like I've tried almost everything. Alos have that whole one pec bigger than the other thing going on but I'm a firm believer that it will correct its self in time which it has to an extent. This is my current routine.

Flat DB: 5sets, 2sets 3-5 and 3 sets 8-10
Incline DB: 4 sets 6-10
Decline Db or chest dips: 2-3 sets 8-10
Cable flys(dif. Angles): 6 sets 10-15
Three days later I hit shoulders along with a little secondary chest work. Just 4 sets incline DB bench 8-10 and 5 sets of flys 10-15
I'd appreciate any input or suggestions! Thanks guys.

Switch to BB.

Lower reps for bench press.

Nix the incline altogether.

Work chest 2x per week.

More lat work to give illusion of bigger chest.

1. Eat in a surplus

2. Drop that pussy shit incline press

3. 2 chest days each week. First day 5x5 (use enough weight that you need a spot) second day 4x8-10 with minimal rest times. Considerin you have an imbalance I would say use DB. But that's up to you.

4.?????????
5. Profit

Already have disproportionatly large back, straight eagle wings haha I was hitting low rep bb all last year and gains lot of strength but not much mass. I've had the most luck with DB. Shouldn't I have some kind of incline work?

A press is a press in theory. I personally would throw out decline and not incline. Working on incline personally helped my flatbench skyrocket. Also theoretically i believe it was DB flies were the "best" pectoral actuator but I could be wrong. It was on T-nation.
