So I just landed a job as a personal trainer at a local gym (: however, the gym I'll be working at a long with lifting at (due to free membership)is very limited. They have dumbbells that go up to only 100Ibs. No squat rack or bench press except one smith machine. They do however have 2 Olympic bars. The gym is mostly cable machines ex: leg press press, row machines, chest press machine, a long with adjustable cables.
This sucks because I stick to free weights. I don't have enough money to pay for a membership at another gym so I'll workout here because it's free so I'll save money.
How can I replace squats & bench press?? Just do them on the smith machine? I run a hybrid routine so I guess I can do higher reps for the time being. Any suggestions?

@nine0seven shit what did you do get a job at Planet Fitness or Muscle Auschwitz?
Honestly I would just bite the bullet and only use the smith for squats/bench and use the machines/cables/dumbbells creatively for accessory work.
