|I am 34 years old, male. 5'6" and a very skinny 110-115 lbs on a good day. I mostly sit at a desk for my job. I want to make a priority to bulk up in a healthy and sustainable way.
I am looking for a training regiment and a planned diet schedule.

|Are you looking for someone to write you a training regimen and diet plan? That's work and work isn't free.
If you're real and not a troll my best advice would be to want it so bad that you spend most all of your free time learning and researching so you know what you need to do.
