16year old training for 2week.15924

Hi everyone,

I wanted to know if my lifts are any good
At my age?

Age: 16, 17 in August
Weight: 67.2Kg
Protein intake: 180g a day

Bench Press: 80Kg
Deadlifts: 105Kg
Squats: 98Kg

Would appreciate any advice.

Awesome thanks, posting new results in about
2weeks but I just cant seem to balance out my muscle gain between my left and my right, my right is about 2cm larger than my left!!

Don't worry about symmetry at this point, it's not functional.
Just focus on gaining weight in your noobie stage.

Dude, you've been lifting for 2 weeks, put down the tape measure and pick up the weights. Don't worry about that crap right now, just the weight on the bar.

Re-measure in 3-6 months.
