A few years ago I separated my shoulder. Ever since, my right shoulder has been hunched forward a little, and my left shoulder + left chest seem to have developed more rapidly than my right.

Are there any good training techniques I could use to bring up my right chest/shoulder? I use DB's a lot to make sure my left side doesn't overpower my right, but it doesn't seem to be helping. Should I throw in a few extra reps with my right chest/shoulder at the end of each set?

Probably should be under the direction of a PT. You likely have some major compensation issues.

PT = personal trainer or physical therapist?

Because I went to a physical therapist when I first got injured, and it didn't seem to help much.

PT never refers to a personal trainer.

Get a referral to a different PT. -3X

The only thing i could say is use dumbbells for everything. That way the shoulder that is under developed cannot be helped by the other shoulder.
