|I'm having issues with my push day. I try to maintain a three day routine.
I have issues completing the entire workout.
I try to incorporate as many exercises as I believe are necessary. I don't know if its just me, but, I find it hard to work my chest, triceps, and shoulders in one workout. I'm usually pretty drained after my chest and triceps.
I try to hit every part of each muscle in my workouts and i'm starting to think that's why I feel so drained. Nonetheless, I don't want to slack on any muscle group.
And yes, my diet is pretty on point. At least, that's what I like to believe.
Does anyone else have issues on push day?? Any tips??
