This workout is very humbling. Front squats and block pulls are my worst exercises and take away my belt and they are even worse lol really ready to improve on these.

Alright guys, got some cool news.

High frequency is gonna have to wait. A friend of Rohr and I offered to do all my programming. He is 20 years old with a 1845lb raw total. He uses the conjugate method and will be using that for me. Pretty stoked on it. First workout starts today!!

@_RudeCrew If u watch much youtube check out MASSTHETICS man they do primarily the conjugate system and it's really interesting to me on how the utilise weak point training.

Sounds like a late christmas present dude, cant wait to see how u get on.

One of the hardest/fun workouts I've ever had. Endurance is not my strong suit and he is gonna bring that up a lot.

Dynamic Lower

Pause Squat 60 Seconds Rest

The deadlifts with 30 seconds rest destroyed me. I was dead by the time high bar squats came along.

@jja0016 not really. Plus the difficult squats were done before deadlifts. The squats after were light.
