There are a few guys that have pretty good numbers. Myself included. What are you looking for.

Its one lift I really like alot, actually enjoy it much more than the bench press, I'm running a modified version of boring but big where my 2nd press day revolves around mpress. Just really any tips are appreciated. I keep reading false grip is better for mpress a ndI have read that you should have your scap retracted, but I've also read that you shouldn't.

I love the OHP. Probably my favorite lift.

Don't complicate it. Normal grip slightly outside shoulder width. Do full ROM and pause on upper chest/clavicle at bottom of every rep.

I do them seated cause I don't have clearance overhead when standing in my basement. There's a vid of me doing a single in my profile.

You made that look easy lol. Iv been pausing on the clavicle, but iv been stopping a bit short of lockout to keep tension on the shoulders. Bad idea? How tall are you btw?

A bit short of lockout is probably not bad. IDK how much it affects the tension on the delts though ...

I'm 6'.

Military press is standing, no legdrive whatsoever and of course free bar. Very specific. OHP can be whatever

I've done a 198 military press.

I've done a 210 military press when I trained it regularly, also used to love push press, got up to 220 5X5 on push press, loved that exercise and am currently contemplating integrating it to get used to heavier loads

@csizemore21 I like seated just so I don't put any strain on my lower back with heavier weights, but for higher rep work I do standing.

military press though I do 3x5x175 still.
