Just rest up & recover 100% then get right back into it. Perhaps do some shoulder mobility.

@csizemore21 I love for press. But you are not working through a full range of motion, more of the lock out portion and more tricep dominant than normal bench. But no reason at all why you cant use it over normal bench for a while! DO IT. I love floor press because my shoulders don't feel any strain.

I don't see any problem with it, I'd I only warn that solely doing this will likely make your strength off the chest go to shit.

Ah, just read you've got an injury, let it heal up for the next week or two, pushing through it will only make it worse
