Fav pull-up??? You're over complicating shit. Just do pull-ups body weight or weighted.

You get used to it and they're great for strengthening the entire back while keeping correct lordosis. -3X

this was a pic before my leg session today. Would the seal rows help with the actual width of my back? I feel like its pretty dense but not wide enough

These machines are the shit. Top 3 of my favorite exercises. Way more stabilization than conventional seated rows, slight upward angle so you can retract your shoulders and kill your back and traps.

@csizemore21 I know, I just didn't see the need for a picture for that question. No biggie doe.

Feel like I am beating a dead horse everytime I post this but my favorite row variation is the Meadows Row. Feel more contraction with this than anything else.

@csizemore21 Yeah man, luckily I discovered this right when I started working out, because my first gym had one just hanging out in the middle of the free weight section haha. Definitely worth a try. Great for rang of motion from flaring your lats at the bottom and squeezing everything at the top.

@GrizzlyBerg dude I really like that one. Its like a tbar mixed with Kroc that doesn't look stressful on the lower back. Good ideas guys!

@csizemore21 I love the single arm row that @the1 taught me. Kneel in front of the cable machine, upper body parallel to the floor, row from the bottom pully one arm at a time. It's like a one arm pull down, but the contraction is brutal, and no strain on the lower back. I also love seal rows - not really a mass builder, but great for posture and upper back/rear delts too, it's a lot harder than it looks. My go to's for back are pull ups (neutral grip), rack pulls (for thickness and to lift heavy ass weight), seated rows, double dumbbell rows (love these), seal rows, cable rows, and single arm cable rows.
